Exchange and Return Policy

At Casa Favais, we want to ensure that you have the best experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and efficient exchange and return process.

  1. Timeframes

    You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or return. If your order is received in multiple deliveries, the 14-day period for the return of any item starts from the date of receipt of the last delivery.

  2. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

    To be eligible for an exchange or return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging intact, and include all accompanying items;
    • Proof of purchase or an equivalent receipt is required.
  3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

  4. Exchange Process

    To start the exchange process, please follow the steps below:

    • Contact Casa Favais at info@casafavais.com, providing proof of purchase.
    • Once we verify the condition of the product to be exchanged, a new product will be sent.

    Note: Casa Favais only covers the shipping costs of the new product. All other costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Return Process

    To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:

    • Contact Casa Favais at info@casafavais.com, providing proof of purchase.
    • Once we verify the condition of the product to be returned, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, products in promotional campaigns cannot be returned.
