Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) allows all consumers to turn to official entities for help in resolving or guiding any conflicts.
In compliance with Law No. 144/2015, it is hereby informed that in the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to one of the following Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities, without prejudice to judicial courts:
