It has been eagerly awaited by surf casting enthusiasts... The new top-of-the-range Tournament Masterise rod has revealed itself and offers us a true anthology of Daiwa's cutting-edge technologies.

The very essence and spirit of the first model have been preserved and our teams have analysed every detail to further enhance the performance of this foil. We therefore find Daiwa's best carbon technologies: 3DX, X-45 and SVF Nano +. To minimise performance losses when transferring power from the angler to the rod, the fittings have been reinforced. It will easily handle powerful casts whether with the rod overhead or rotating. This new generation of Masterise therefore remains a great ally for long-distance casts. It is for this reason that it is equipped with Fuji RV guides featuring Titanium Torzite ceramic, which have the advantage of limiting the degradation of even the thinnest nylons. Its hybrid tip, in solid carbon, offers an exceptional ability to detect hits. The tip guides are Fuji K in Titanium Torzite to resist significant flexing when the blank is compressed during powerful casts. Finally, the Masterise, considered a true jewel, retains its elegance. Thus, its design this time offers bluish and sparkling reflections.
