With a Mag Sealed bearing and an ATD drag, this Saltiga baitcasting reel is the most advanced in its class. This powerful reel retrieves 1m of line per turn of the crank. It is ideal for slow-jigging in deep water. Its lowered foot allows the angler to wrap the reel with his hand for a firm grip. The large capacity spool and its powerful, progressive drag allow you to tackle fighting fish. The Saltiga 15 HL is equipped with a quick spool change system and a click drag. With each run we hear the small sound of the drag which we feel the vibration of when fishing with the reel fitted in the palm of the hand. The SJ model offers an asymmetrical grip for better grip in the hand and longer animations such as “long fall” (large vertical pulls followed by a long pause/follow-up). In addition, it offers the possibility of changing the length of the crank to suit the angler, going from 75 to 95 mm in length depending on the model.
