Which Products Are Covered?
Original products with defects, as long as they have not been modified.

Which Products Are Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover products that show signs of improper use, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence, or damage caused by accidents. Products that have been modified or repaired without our prior authorization are also excluded.

How Does the Process Work?
All equipment is covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty of 2 years, provided by the respective brands. If you identify a defective product, you can visit one of Casa Favais’ stores or contact us via email at info@casafavais.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Description of the Defect
- Order Invoice
After a brief evaluation and if the defect is confirmed, we will activate the product warranty. The costs associated with returning or collecting items within the warranty period are the responsibility of the customer.
