Yes! Pickup at our Vila do Conde store is free, regardless of the order value. If you have any questions, contact us at encomendas@casafavais.com.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address. However, we offer free shipping under the following conditions:
- Mainland Portugal: orders over €80
- Azores and Madeira Islands: orders over €200
- Mainland Spain: orders over €110
*Excludes professional fishing items.

The delivery timeframe is determined by the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an estimated delivery time.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items. Make sure the product is returned with all original items, including the invoice and intact packaging. The pickup cost is similar to the shipping cost and will be charged as part of the return process.
*Promotional items cannot be returned.

Casa Favais only covers the shipping costs for the new product. All other costs are the customer’s responsibility.
