Shipping Policy

At Casa Favais, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible, from the moment you place your order to delivery.

  1. Shipping Methods and Costs

    We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs and location:

    • Domestic Shipping: Available throughout the Portuguese territory, with different delivery times and costs based on region and the urgency of the selected service.
    • International Shipping: We ship to various countries, with costs and delivery times varying depending on the destination and weight of the order.

    The “Correio Verde” method from CTT is an unregistered service. In the event of a lost package, the responsibility rests with the customer.

  2. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the order, the chosen shipping method, and the recipient’s location.

    However, we offer free shipping under the following conditions:

    • Mainland Portugal: orders over €80
    • Azores and Madeira Islands: orders over €200
    • Mainland Spain: orders over €110

    *Excludes Professional Fishing items.

    Additionally, in-store pickup is free! For orders with free shipping, Casa Favais will select the service and/or carrier at its discretion.

  3. Order Processing

    All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours, starting from the day after payment confirmation.

  4. Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

  5. Deliveries and Delivery Times

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or customs delays. If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at info@casafavais.com for assistance in locating your order.

    We recommend that customers inspect the packaging upon delivery in the presence of the courier to ensure it has arrived undamaged. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, the customer should contact us to report the issue, allowing us to file a claim with the carrier.

  6. Failed Deliveries

    If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase or if no one is available to receive the order, it will be redirected to a secure location. A note will be left explaining where the order is located and how it can be collected.

  7. International Shipping

    For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. International delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination.
