ROD AIRCASTER 450

Another new product from VEGA for 2026, it has just arrived on the market for the Rods range of Surfcasting (mountain bottom fishing) with Fuji guides, where the technical details begin to be explored in a more detailed and thorough way.
VEGA therefore presents another model where quality far exceeds its market price.
In this specific model we focused our efforts on offering an Rod with an optimized relationship between robustness and elasticity, which would guarantee that both the most technical launchers (OTG launch) and the more traditional launchers (behind the back launch) could obtain exceptional performances!
To achieve this, we used a new mix of state-of-the-art resins combined with our HMC carbon (high modulus carbon) which allowed us to maximize performance, obtaining a faster and more accurate “shot”!

To this high quality blank, we added our solid carbon tip (Hybrid Carbon Solid Tip), which enhances the speed of the blank and further increases the response capacity to the most violent and technical launches!
To assemble this blank, we chose a range of FUJI LOW RIDER ANTI TANGLE dowels, a tubular Reels holder, and we equipped the AIRCASTER with a non-slip “grip”.
For greater nighttime visibility of the bites, we added a reflective tape to the tip element.
Its “clean” design, as is our signature in shades of black and blue, gives this model a value far above what its market price might indicate.
